This page intends to answer eventual questions about the process of joining and posting an ad.

First we'll have to go to the join page. Click the "Join" link in the menu to the left. It is only accessible when not logged in. |

Make up a username and fill in the form.
Most first names etc. are already taken so you'll have to come up with something different. You can for example add your year of birth e.g. frank1970.
You have to enter your password twice to protect against typos. Make sure your remember your username/password combination. |

If the username you've chosen was available and your passwords matched you should now see the welcome page. Next we'll edit our profile.
We'll use the "Edit Ad" link in the menu to the left. |

| Use the top row to switch between different fields to edit. |
|
| The lines below it inform you which recommended fields are still blank. |

There is also a "Status:" select box which you can use to activate your ad once you are done editing,
The default setting is to activate an ad after some time automatically once a description has been set however so don't worry if you forget about that. |

After you are done you can see what your ad looks like to other people on the "Your ad" page.
It will also show up on the "View" page shortly after you have activated it. |
