Hello I am a married Christian woman looking for friends (not anything romantic) and to see if anyone out there is into minimalism as in paring down possessions and activities and how to calm the mind and also knows about beginners yoga or some gentle exercise and I would also like to know if you have a daily schedule of prayer and/or meditation of some sort.
