| I'm a retired sailor, sailed around the world a couple times, from the Artic Circle down to Perth in the land downunder. Been to the far east (I wonder if we're the far west to them?) thought Singapore was really nice (the cleanest city I saw in the east) especially if you compare it to the likes of Manila. That's not counting the Med and North Europe .... etc., that's enough of that. Now, I'm a landlocked retired old salt, missing all the excitement of the new ports, people and customs (not to mention the beers and bars). Let me know and maybe we could swap some stories of our adventures traveling around this planet ... |
